Terms and Conditions

At LongRoadCreative I create quality handcrafted leather goods designed and made to my clients specifications and/or needs.

As each project is made to order,  the following applies:

- First and foremost, if you have any questions, please contact me at info@longroadcreative.ca 

- Payment is due when placing order.

- Client is responsible for all shipping, tracking and insurance costs and fees associated with the delivery of their order.

- I supply photos of your package and receipt as  proof of shipping when I deliver it to the shipper. As handcrafted leather goods aren't a cheap purchase, I strongly recommend choosing a shipping option that includes tracking and insurance.

- Returns are not accepted as the purchase of one of my handcrafted leather goods designs is an investment and made to order for you, my specific client,  not a mass produced generic product sitting on a shelf. However,  as my ultimate goal is a positive experience for my customer, please contact me at info@longroadcreative.ca if you aren't satisfied with your purchase and we will discuss what can reasonably be done. Further shipping costs associated are at the clients expense. 

- For hand dyed pieces, color may vary from pictures shown as each piece of leather is unique and will take dye differently. 

- Cancelations are accepted within 48 hrs of placing your order, after which I will have already started working on your order. Just email me at info@longroadcreative.ca to submit the cancelation.

- Photos of each piece offered in my shop are of previously fulfilled orders and I am happy to accommodate any color or design variations to suite your preference, however,  with the exception of leather dye and thread color combinations, a cost for further variations or alterations may apply.
